Even they were like it was just weird. So like, it's not a um... it's more around my thought behind okay, if he's up on there, and by any chance, like you guys think wow this is our opportunity. This is the thing that we've been waiting for. Firs tit was Michael, then Turner, then in my head, I'm just like, why wouldn't you guys take that shot, you know what I mean? like... and I guess for you guys next week, it's like okay well, we want to make sure we're doing right by Monte or whatever, but how does that benefit your game? You know? like... to not take the shot this week if it is available.

Monte says like I'm just thinking very... and this is where like I think things become conflicted because I think ideally, for your safety next week or even in that case, I think you're fine regardless, cause even if Turner wins HOH, what's the worst that's gonna happen? Either you and Brittany are on the block, I choose you, or me and Brittany are on the block and you have the right to choose at that point and you're safe. So I just... that's how I see it, you know what I mean? and of course, I'm open to hearing your thoughts on the risk behind it, but um... that's the thing that concerns me is how much of an opportunity to get another big target out. And to do it sort of seamlessly and move on into the next week, and with him not here, I'm just like now I must win the veto, as opposed to feeling like okay, I have somebody who is not targeting me specifically for next week. Which it feels like Brittany would be targeting me next week. And God if Alyssa was to stay, it's like what the hell? I mean, at that point I don't know where the hell she's gonna vote, I don't know if she could help me with the veto. There's nothing that I can get from that from her staying. You know what I mean? So that's how I see it, and I am open to talking more about it. That's just where I landed, and how I came to that conclusion, but I definitely should've at least thought about that route first.

But his first reaction from what Michael and Brittany told me was I'll put him up but I want Taylor to be the target still. So, obviously he would tell you something different because we've gotten closer publicly, but that is... that is something I was told
Monte says what was my first reaction when we were in the Have Not room when they told me all this stuff about Kyle? I wasn't gung ho about getting him out that week, I was like... my initial reaction was let's keep this under wraps and make sure to target him next week because I didn't want people to have the satisfaction about all this or that I knew. That was my initial reaction. But what ended up happening. That probably wasn't the best initial reaction. It was just like what was on my gut. What was initially on my head. I was like damn, okay, what do we do about this?

Monte says yeah, exactly. Like that was my initial reaction. Brittany and Michael have in their head already that they knew that they wanted to present the idea of putting Kyle up and that's why they shared the information that they did. So that's why everything went down the way that it did. But my initial reaction wasn't that, and that probably wouldn't have been what was best, but that's what I felt made sense in that moment. So like, I look at Turner and him saying that, probably in shock about this information, but then secondly saying like, okay, I still have a game to play here, so like the fact that he knew that Michael was gonna use the damn veto on Brittany despite all the information. What's his next best move? targeting you. But at the same time that was probably him thinking in a game context and not thinking from a broader standpoint from what does this all actually mean
Monte says I'm not excusing it but if that was his initial reaction but then everything else after that has been nothing with regards to targeting you, it's hard for me to feel like he's had it out for you. I think that was all just game and circumstances. His target would've been Brittany if Michael would've took you down. So that's... that's just the logic that I see behind it but...

That does not feel good to know that he had a final two with Kyle, but I always, I repeat the same thing, but his actions recently and since that time have been showing that he comes to me with stuff when it's fresh off the press. He comes to me, letting me know where his head is at. If he wins HOH he's talking game, and to me, Brittany completely just ended all of that last week, and it seems like only doing it now because I'm HOH, and wanting to do it more now that she won the veto and then threatened me

I was like oh, so you guys have this thought already on what to do. This wasn't something that came off the top of the dome. You guys talked about this with yourselves
