inMusic Brands, the parent company behind brands like Akai, Moog Music, M-Audio, Denon, and more have agreed to purchase Native Instruments, the developers behind the industry leading Kontakt platform, the Komplete series, Maschine, and more. The deal also includes the acquisition of iZotope and Plugin Alliance, which were acquired by Native Instruments in 2023
