Strong first round from Dariush and Gamrot. Lots of maneuvering and escaping in the ground game.

More standup in the second round. Dariush controlled the center for most of it, and landed more power shots. Gamrot got a takedown at the end of the round, going for a quick leg lock before the bell.

Gamrot controls the center for most of the third round. Dariush outmaneuvers most of Gamrot's takedown attempts, and lands a hard strike that sends Gamrot to the ground. Gamrot recovers and lands a shot and goes for a takedown. The bell sounds and the third round ends.

Beneil Dariush wins by unanimous decision

Petr Yan vs. Sean O'Malley up next

O'Malley is doing a good job of using his length so far in this stand up. Petr lifts O'Malley into the air and puts him down to the mat. Sean gets back up and starts throwing combinations. Petr looks to be getting tired.

Petr goes in fast with the strikes to start off the second round. O'Malley stumbles him with a strike, and goes for more. Petr comes back and catches O'Malley, and then takes him to the ground. O'Malley gets back up. Petr trips O'Malley back down, and let's him back up. Another takedown by Yan, who ends the round in the dominant ground position.

A flurry of jabs by Sean O'Malley to start the third round. A knee from O'Malley opens a cut on Yan, and Sean goes in with strikes. Yan is throwing back and connecting. O'Malley catches Yan with a headkick, and Yan shoots for a takedown. Yan completes the takedown, but Sean gets back up. Yan backs off. Both throw haymakers. Yan connects and goes for another takedown. Sean rolls out, and they get back to the standup. O'Malley goes for a trip, and Yan gets a final takedown to end the round.

Aljamain Sterling vs. T.J. Dillashaw next for the Bantamweight Championship

Sterling gets a takedown early in the first. Sterling takes T.J's back, and sinks a leg lock around his waist. T.J scrambles out, but Sterling gets his back again. TJ gets up. Sterling's corner lets him know that T.J.'s shoulder is dislocated. T.J. gets through the round and back to his corner. His trainers pop the shoulder back into place.

Sterling targets the shoulder and then gets another takedown early in the second. Sterling controls T.J. on the ground, and then goes for a Darce choke. T.J. spins out, but pops his shoulder out again. Sterling gets another take down, flattens T.J. out and pummels him on the ground, until the ref stops the fight.

Aljamain Sterling wins by early stoppage in the second round and retains his Bantamweight championship.

Charles Oliveira vs. Islam Makhachev next for the Lightweight Championship

Oliveira goes in with a jump kick early. Makhachev clips him with a left. They're standing up. Oliveira grabs Makhachev to get him down to the ground. Makhachev takes top position on the ground. They get back up. Oliveira pins Makhachev to the side of the cage. Makhachev gets a trip/hip-toss take down. Makhachev keeps Oliveira on the ground by the side of the cage. Makhachev extends upward, and Oliveira hits him with an upkick.

Makhachev and Oliveira trade strikes to start the second round. Oliveira tries to turn Makhachev over into a takedown. Makhachev pins Oliveira up against the cage with underhooks. Makhachev tries and fails at a takedown. They separate and go back to striking. Oliveira blocks a left from Makhachev, but eats a right. Oliveira goes for a bicycle kick. Makhachev stings Oliveira with another right, and goes to the ground. Makhachev sinks in an arm triangle. Oliveira taps.

Islam Makhachev wins in the second round by submission and becomes the new UFC Lightweight champion.
